Custom Order Info & Helpful Tips

Due to the high demand for customs, we will not be officially opening custom orders at this time. Instead, we’ll be keeping a waiting list. When you message us, we’ll check your spot on the list and let you know when we can get started on your order.

Below are a few details and tips to help make the process smoother for everyone:

  1. Message Us to Get Started
Message us on Facebook to begin your custom order. We’ll go over your ideas, fabrics, and styles to find the perfect direction for your shirt.
  2. Have a Clear Vision
Try to have a general idea of what you’d like — colors, sleeve style, or body fabric. Pictures are always helpful and give us a great starting point for your design.
  3. Waitlist & Timeline
We usually have a waiting list. If we can get you in right away, we will — but typically we’re about 2 weeks out from starting your order and approximately 4 weeks from completion.
  4. Fabric Availability
While we may not always have the exact fabrics or prints you love, we’ll do our best to find something similar that fits your style and vision.
  5. Respect for Originality
Our brand is built on originality and creativity — that’s the heart of what makes our shirts special.
We do not copy other customers’ custom shirts. Our goal is to create designs that blend your personal style with our brand’s originality and integrity.
  6. Invoices & Payment
Once your design ideas are finalized, we’ll send you an invoice. Shirts will not be started until payment is received. Paying promptly secures your spot and keeps your order moving forward.
  7. Design Options
We’ll provide up to three design ideas per fabric area (such as sleeves or body). After that, revisions will pause to keep the process efficient.
You’re welcome to visit our website’s Custom Tool to experiment with different fabric placements and styles — it’s a helpful way to show us what you envision. We also offer sponsorship embroidery logos on the front of shirts for an additional fee. To include one, you’ll need to provide the correct DST embroidery file (not a PDF, PNG, or JPEG). Files must be digitized for embroidery before sending.
  8. Be Kind with Our Time
We’re a small team of moms and part-timers working through many custom requests. We appreciate your patience and kindness while we create your order.
Please respond promptly once we’ve sent your design options — since we’re in the shop at various times, quick communication helps us keep your order moving smoothly.

We can’t wait to create your next favorite shirt. Thank you so much for supporting our brand and making our job so much fun! 💛
